Shaolin Monks – thematic chess piece set with 32 pieces

In "Shaolin Monks," each chess role is interpreted as its own thematic figure. The six different models create a cohesive ensemble on the board with clearly distinguishable silhouettes.

AT A GLANCE

• Complete chess set with 32 pieces for two sides
• Per side: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bishops, 2 knights, 2 rooks, and 8 pawns
• Six different figure shapes
• Three sizes and twelve color pairs

SIZES

• Medium: Figure height approx. 5–7 cm
• Large: Figure height approx. 6–9 cm
• XLarge: Figure height approx. 7.5–11 cm

The size selection applies to the complete set. The height of the individual figures varies according to their role.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not subsequently painted. Depressions have the same material color as the rest of the figure; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. The black primer remains visible in the depressions; the raised forms are accentuated with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches can influence the color impression.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY
