Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. For a single order delivered separately, the final item determines the start date. For digital content, the period starts when the contract is concluded.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever happens first.

Return goods to the address above within fourteen days of notifying us. Sending them before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct return shipping costs. You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Statutory exceptions

Withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual consumer selection or specification, or are clearly tailored to personal needs. Early expiry for digital content requires the statutory conditions, including express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal rights and the required contract confirmation. Purchase or download alone is not declared a blanket waiver here. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.
