Ice Age – thematic chess set with 32 pieces

“Ice Age” brings an entire thematic world to the chessboard. From the king and queen to the pawns, each role follows its own unique form, while shared bases and proportions tie the set together.

AT A GLANCE

• Complete chess set with 32 pieces for two sides
• Per side: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 bishops, 2 knights, 2 rooks, and 8 pawns
• Six distinct figure shapes
• Three sizes and twelve color pairs

SIZES

• Medium: Figure height approx. 5–7 cm
• Large: Figure height approx. 6–9 cm
• XLarge: Figure height approx. 7.5–11 cm

The size selection applies to the complete set. The height of the individual figures varies according to their role.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not painted afterwards. Depressions have the same material color as the rest of the figure; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. In these, the black primer remains visible in the depressions; the raised forms are highlighted with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, silver, and bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches may influence the color appearance.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess pieces in the chosen size and color finish. Chessboard and decoration are not included.
