Emotions – Chess set with 32 pieces

Emotions combines abstract geometry with a surprisingly human touch. The faceted king wears an angular crown, the queen forms an elegant bow, and the bishop twists into a slender double helix. A polygonal horse's head takes on the role of the knight, while the rook resembles a shield with a wide battlement crown. The pensive head of the pawn provides an expressive figurative contrast to this. Round bases and clean silhouettes hold the unusual ensemble together.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not subsequently painted. Recesses have the same material color as the rest of the piece; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. In these, the black primer remains visible in the recesses; the raised forms are emphasized with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches may influence the color impression.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess pieces in the selected size and color finish. Chessboard, pedestal, and decoration are not included.

REGARDING THE IMAGES

The product images are digital visualizations based on the model files, not photos of finished specimens. They show the intended shapes and color finishes. Print surface and individual painting may differ from the appearance shown. The white overview shows the six piece shapes individually. The title image shows twelve example roles – six silver at the top and six gold at the bottom – on two pedestal steps; the complete set of 32 pieces will be delivered.

The pieces are 3D-printed from PLA. Painted variants additionally receive primer and acrylic paint. Fine layer lines and small surface characteristics are inherent to this manufacturing process. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts that could be swallowed.

The bows, openings, spheres, crowns, and battlements shown are fixed components of the respective model shape; they are not moving or illuminated parts.
