Mech Empire – Chess piece set with 32 figures

Mech Empire brings edgy robot figures and technical designs to a chess ensemble. The large king wears two rectangular chest panels and slender antennas; the queen is recognizable by her laterally projecting helmet fins. Pointy-helmeted bishops and small robot pawns stand on round bases with detailed arms and legs. Armored horse heads and block-like, articulated rooks with circular front details complement the six roles.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not subsequently painted. Recesses have the same material color as the rest of the figure; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. The black primer remains visible in the recesses; the raised shapes are accentuated with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, silver, and bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen displays and material batches can influence the color impression.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess figures in the selected size and color finish. Chessboard, pedestal, and decorations are not included.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATIONS

The product images are digital visualizations based on the model files, not photos of already manufactured pieces. They show the intended shapes and color finishes. Print surface and individual paintwork may deviate from the displayed appearance. The cover image shows twelve examples of roles: one each of king, queen, bishop, knight, rook, and pawn in silver and gold. The white overview shows the six figure shapes individually. The complete set of 32 figures is supplied.

The figures are 3D-printed from PLA. Painted variants receive additional primer and acrylic paint. Fine layer lines and small surface features are characteristic of this manufacturing process. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that can be swallowed.

Antennas, lenses, chest panels, and joint shapes are fixed model details made of PLA. The figures are not articulated and do not contain any LEDs, electronics, or lighting functions.
