The Gilded Monolith Sovereignty – 32 chess pieces

The Gilded Monolith Sovereignty combines classic chess roles with monumental architecture. Fluted column shafts stand on angular, tiered pedestals; diamond and V-shaped ornaments divide the surfaces. King and Queen wear distinct crenellated crowns, the Bishop a pointed mitre with a cross. The faceted horse head and the geometric sphere of the Pawn continue this clear design language down to the smaller roles.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not subsequently painted. Depressions have the same material color as the rest of the piece; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. The black primer remains visible in the depressions; the raised forms are emphasized with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen displays and material batches can influence the color perception.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

REGARDING THE IMAGES

The product images are digital visualizations based on the model files, not photographs of pre-manufactured items. They show the intended shapes and color finishes. Print surface and individual painting may differ from the appearance shown. The cover image shows twelve role examples: one King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, Rook, and Pawn each in silver and gold. The white overview shows the six piece shapes individually. The complete set of 32 pieces is delivered.

The pieces are 3D-printed from PLA. Painted variants receive additional primer and acrylic paint. Fine layer lines and small surface features are characteristic of this manufacturing process. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that may be swallowed.

The architectural and metal look is part of the design. The pieces are made of PLA; Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to color variants, not solid metals.
