Nightgold Atelier – Chess piece set with 32 pieces

Nightgold Atelier lives through long, flowing lines and softly curved figure bodies. The tall king and queen figures alternate between narrow waists and bulbous forms; fine net-like ornaments add additional accents. In the knight, the neck and mane transition into a sweeping arc. The rook connects its battlements with elongated openings, while the pawn sports a bud-like head. The round bases unite these diverse silhouettes into an elegant fantasy chess set.

SIZES

• Medium: Figure height approx. 5–7 cm
• Large: Figure height approx. 6–9 cm
• XLarge: Figure height approx. 7.5–11 cm

The size selection applies to the complete set. The height of individual pieces varies according to their role.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: gold/silver, gold/black, gold/white, gold/bronze, silver/black, silver/white, silver/bronze, black/white, black/bronze, and white/bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not painted afterwards. Recesses have the same material color as the rest of the figure; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: silver/gold and silver/bronze. The black primer remains visible in the recesses; the raised forms are accentuated with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, silver, and bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches can influence the color impression.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess pieces in the selected size and color finish. Chessboard and decoration are not included.

REGARDING THE IMAGES

The product images are digital visualizations based on the model files, not photos of already manufactured items. They show the intended shapes and color finishes. Print surface and individual painting may differ from the appearance shown. The white overview shows the six figure shapes individually.

The figures are 3D-printed from PLA. Painted variants also receive primer and acrylic paint. Fine layer lines and small surface characteristics are typical of this manufacturing process. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that could be swallowed.

Nightgold is the design name; the figures are not made of gold or obsidian.
