Umbral Crown Atelier – Chess piece set with 32 pieces

Umbral Crown Atelier combines tall crowns with a dense network of curved ornaments. Pointed arches and diamond-shaped details extend across the slender bodies of the pieces, terminating in stepped, round bases. The King and Queen wear distinctive crowns, while the Knight features an armored horse head. The Rook echoes these aspiring lines in its battlements; even the smaller Pawn is richly decorated. Between the raised forms lie deep areas that create a lively play of light and shadow, especially in the dark, metallic-painted variants.

COLORS AND FINISHES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and are not subsequently painted. Depressions have the same material color as the rest of the piece; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. The black primer remains visible in the depressions; the raised forms are highlighted with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Application, shading, and sheen may vary.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches may influence the perception of color.
