Cerulean Paragon Array – Chess set with 32 pieces

Cerulean Paragon Array translates classic chess roles into a futuristic design language. Edgy plates, narrow lines, and stepped round bases give the pieces an armored character. The king wears a wide cross, the queen a tall, pointed structure. On the knight, the armor extends over the horse's forehead and neck. Battlements and spherical pawn heads remain clearly recognizable, connecting the technical design with familiar chess forms. Depending on the color choice, the raised surfaces appear calmly monochromatic or as metallic-painted accents.

SIZES

• Medium: Piece height approx. 5–7 cm
• Large: Piece height approx. 6–9 cm

The size selection applies to the complete set. The height of individual pieces varies depending on the role.

COLORS AND SURFACES

Printed color pairs: Gold / Silver, Gold / Black, Gold / White, Gold / Bronze, Silver / Black, Silver / White, Silver / Bronze, Black / White, Black / Bronze, and White / Bronze.

The printed versions are monochromatic per side and not subsequently painted. Depressions have the same material color as the rest of the piece; no dark patina is applied.

Hand-painted color pairs: Silver / Gold and Silver / Bronze. The black primer remains visible in the depressions; the raised forms are highlighted with metallic-effect acrylic paint. Paint application, shading, and gloss may vary.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer to the color or finish, not the material. The first color belongs to one side, the second to the opposing side. Screen display and material batches may influence color perception.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess pieces in the selected size and color finish. Chessboard and decoration are not included.

REGARDING THE IMAGES

The product images are digital visualizations based on the model files, not photos of already manufactured specimens. They show the intended shapes and color finishes. Print surface and individual painting may differ from the appearance shown. The white overview shows the six piece shapes individually.

The pieces are manufactured from PLA using 3D printing. Painted variants additionally receive primer and acrylic paint. Fine layer lines and small surface characteristics are inherent to this manufacturing process. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts that could be swallowed.

Cerulean is the design name. The pieces do not contain lighting or electronic components.
