This extraordinary chess piece set combines skulls with the shape of melting candles. Flames, wax drips, crowns, crosses, and castle battlements give the king, queen, bishop, knight, rook, and pawn unmistakable silhouettes and a consistently Gothic effect.

The original photo shows an actual 3D print and the six different piece designs. The other color images illustrate the selectable color pairs. You will not receive just the sample row pictured, but the complete 32-piece set of figures in the chosen size and color finish.

SIZES

• Medium: Figure height approx. 5–7 cm
• Large: Figure height approx. 6–9 cm
• XLarge: Figure height approx. 7.5–11 cm

The size specification denotes the height range within the complete set: pawns and shorter pieces are at the lower end, while the king and other tall pieces are at the upper end. All 32 figures are scaled together and proportionally.

COLOR PAIRS & FINISHES

The first color mentioned forms one side, the second color the opposing side.

Printed: Gold/Silver, Gold/Black, Gold/White, Gold/Bronze, Silver/Black, Silver/White, Silver/Bronze, Black/White, Black/Bronze, or White/Bronze. Each army is printed entirely in one color and has no dark patina.

Hand-painted: Silver/Gold or Silver/Bronze. Metallic accents are applied over a black primer; the black base deliberately remains visible in recesses and fine contours.

The sample color shown in the original photos serves to illustrate the design. The color pair selected in the drop-down menu is the only one definitive for your order.

NOTES ON COLOR, HANDCRAFTING, AND 3D PRINTING

Each hand-painted set is finished individually. Paint application, shading, gloss, and visible primer may therefore differ slightly from the product images, making each set unique. Monitors can display colors differently. Gold, Silver, and Bronze refer exclusively to color or surface finish; the pieces are not made of precious metal.

Fine layer lines and small surface characteristics are typical features of 3D printing. Due to small parts that could be swallowed, the set is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
