Two complete chess sides pick up on the same strong design concept in "Open Hollow Forms." From the king to the pawn, every role follows a common motif, resulting in a harmonious set with a clear thematic direction. The recurring design language appears calm, precise, and deliberately modern. The combination of classic game rules and a unique visual world makes the ensemble interesting for regular games, as a gift, or as part of an individual collection. The delivery includes all 32 pieces; the desired size and finish can be chosen from four variants each.

FINISHES

1. Silver / Gold – hand-painted: black base bodies with dry-brushed silver and warm gold accents; dark recesses remain visible
2. Silver / Bronze – hand-painted: black base bodies with silver and copper-bronze paint accents; dark recesses remain visible
3. Black / White – printed: uniformly colored matte PLA in black and white
4. Silver / Gold – printed: uniformly colored silk PLA in neutral silver and warm yellow gold

SIZES

• Medium: pieces approx. 5–7 cm high
• Large: pieces approx. 6–9 cm high
• XLarge: pieces approx. 7.5–11 cm high

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

A complete set of 32 chess pieces. Each side includes: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 rooks, 2 bishops, 2 knights, and 8 pawns. In total, you receive 2 kings, 2 queens, 4 rooks, 4 bishops, 4 knights, and 16 pawns. A chessboard and other decorations are not included.

Each piece is 3D-printed from PLA at FehnFactory. Fine layer lines and small surface variations are typical features of this manufacturing process. Hand-painted sets are finished individually and may differ slightly from the product images. Silver, gold, and bronze denote colors or surface finishes, not precious metals.
