Lewis-inspired medieval chess piece set – complete 32-piece chess set

COMPLETE CHESS PIECE SET – ALL 32 PIECES INCLUDED

You will receive a complete Lewis-inspired medieval chess piece set containing exactly 32 pieces: 2 kings, 2 queens, 4 bishops, 4 knights, 4 rooks, and 16 pawns. Both armies are complete and ready for immediate play on your own chessboard.

The design is based on historical Lewis chessmen. These are solid, medieval-style seated and warrior figures with simplified faces, robes, and shields. The standard chess roles are distinguished by body height, silhouette, headwear, attributes, and base shape. This ensures that every role remains clearly identifiable on the board while the set also serves as an expressive collector's item.

THREE FINISHES

• Black / White – printed: solid-colored in matte black and matte white
• Silver / Gold – printed: solid-colored in clear silver and warm yellow gold with a controlled sheen
• Silver / Gold – hand-painted: black base bodies with silver and yellow gold applied by hand to the raised surfaces using a dry-brush technique; the black primer remains visible in the recesses and on parts of the surfaces

THREE SIZES

• Medium: pieces approx. 5–7 cm tall
• Large: pieces approx. 6–9 cm tall
• XLarge: pieces approx. 7.5–11 cm tall

All pieces of a selected size are scaled proportionally together.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

NOTES ON COLOR AND CRAFTSMANSHIP

With the printed variants, monitors and displays may render colors differently. Slight variations in shade and gloss are also possible between individual filament batches.

The hand-painted variant is truly individually crafted by hand. Application, shading, visible black primer, and small details may therefore differ from the product images. These differences are not defects, but rather make each hand-painted set unique.

Gold and silver refer exclusively to the color or surface finish; the figures are not made of precious metal. Fine layer lines and small surface features may occur due to the manufacturing process.
